Out the back of Australia
Where the dusty tracks run dry
There is plenty of room for others
An attitude of abundance would work just fine
Do you reckon we could lay a pipeline?
Pump salty water through aluminum pipes
On its way desalinated
Photovoltaic cells stuck to topsides?
In a venture to make water run
In a generous a plentiful way
We could offer to share our country
On a bold and adventurous day
We could petition a global nation
Offer a partnership
Presented as a profitable venture
Not a martyr like altruistic concept!
At first no one would believe us!
What - Create a diverse shop front?
Creative planning would be a strong rudder
Emotional Intelligence would shoulder the brunt
Protected against infection
From tales of destruction and gloom
Criticism would not be allowed to wither
Creativity constructed on this loom
Negotiation, understanding and planning
Would anticipate negative sounds
Inspirational project nurtured
Allowing it to get off the ground

Theories of Emotional Intelligence
Teach us to predict
Human factors that would impede progress
Factions and frictions that would cause grief
Utopia devised from the beginning
Before the pipes ever got into the ground
Group processes preventing self-interest
Overtaking values that are unsound
By leveraging and nurturing diversity
Creating useful resources taboot
Rewarding originality and creativity
We could produce such valuable loot!
This could take the form of currency
That had cash value in International lands
We could create lives filled with abundance
With tolerance, prosperity and hope
All of the Global contributors
Would end up with spiritual good cheer
Peace could be the eventuation
Perhaps we will stop living in fear?
Can I already hear your objections?
