Embryo of Trust Cocoon of my intelligence Your flesh is the fertile nurturance of my soul For how long have I longed for you? For a peace that bears with dignity with grace filled compassion comforting though it calls. You spiral as you call me Always forwards beckoning Reckoning and planning but with care

I follow along Not blindly I am ever watching patiently kindly for a moment that will open out your frond As I stare I gaze into your filaments Tracing over elements sometimes alone and sometimes I strive to share with those of whom I am fond You have become my passion with you my life I have fashioned a pathway a staircase to the stars I fear the world no longer Through you I have grown stronger and I live the life I have wanted now at last! |
Trust As A Test Of Self
|
Trust is indefinable but if it is between you you will know I guess you show it in your consistency and willingness to grow and be in the separate and the same places at once.
Why can't I draw trust? because it is something you can't see |
Trust is like a container Within which you can be free Free to express feelings Without the other turning against Without sudden changeability and snapping in defence Trust is relaxation and presuming it will just turn out well No harm done No need to scream and shout It is about respect based love focused choices. |

A Day In The Life Of an Art Teacher - An Introduction
Lizard looking at me
Stare
Nothing takes you unaware
You take your time
and when you find
people don't do it for you
anymore
You scatter back
to the sandy shore
the River's edge
it is your home
A place that belongs to you
to roam
We are invited
and sometimes not
Today
when you had enough
to the water you shot
uncaring.

When I saw this lizard to day in exactly the same place that I photographed him at Christmas he seemed as though he still knew me. To be true I walk along there often and stop to look for as long as he will allow me. It is a strange land though the animal kingdom - do they accept us? really?
The poem below was written long ago about the same lizard I think I know!

You sat so still I did not notice as I scanned the waterways Looking for photos to turn into songs is an important part of my days. You did not flicker you did not flinch I could have easily moved on But as my camera scanned the patchy mossed rock Your shape was erect and seemed “latched on" That’s when I saw you I wonder why lizards sit up so straight and strong Not to be unearthed or unerved I wanted to get closer and began to sneak forward for a while there you stayed and did not move |
But as I approached with a sneaking stealthy gait You eventually turned your knowing head You began to sidestep just slightly and then inched a little bit more No matter how softly I tread I snapped and snapped Knowing that at any sec you would begin to dart and weave So I got as close as I could and then SPARK you up and took your leave. |
